im gonna have to agree with the NexusTheVoid, if you plan on submitting something, you should at least have it completed. Fix some some things, like the aspect ratio ( the width and height). Dont have all that empty space if your not gonna use it. maybe describe the controls. Newgrounds isnt really a place for tests (im assuming this is a test because it only has one level, if you can call it a level) . If you want to test a game, test it yourself before uploading it.
